They are not a substitute for emergency medical care, psychiatric hospitalization, or crisis intervention.

2. Appointments

Appointments are available:

  • At the clinic
  • Home visit (subject to availability)
  • Office visit
  • Hospital visit

Appointment confirmation depends upon availability.

3. Free First Session

MindOMan currently offers one complimentary first online counselling session for eligible clients.

This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Participate respectfully.
  • Inform us if unable to attend.

5. Confidentiality

All counselling sessions remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

belongs to MindOMan unless otherwise stated.
