Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At MindOMan, we value your time and ours. The following policy helps ensure smooth scheduling and fair service for all clients.

Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to the full session fee.

No Show

If a client does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical payment error
  • Cancellation initiated by MindOMan
  • Other exceptional situations at our sole discretion

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.

Online Session Issues

If an online counselling session cannot proceed because of technical issues from MindOMan's side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate.

If connectivity issues occur on the client's side, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule the session at our discretion.

Home Visits

If a home visit is cancelled after the counsellor has already travelled to the location, travel expenses may be charged.

Emergency Situations

In genuine emergencies, cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of MindOMan.
